The digital content, board-ready decks, visual frameworks, and diagnostic tools provided in the "Beyond the Book" portal are for your personal and internal organizational use only. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your immediate subscription scope.

3. Community and Discovery

If you opt-in to the "Community Discovery" feature, your profile (including name, designation, and company) may be visible to other verified executives on the platform. You agree to interact professionally within the community and not to use the platform for unauthorized solicitation or spam. You may toggle your discoverability at any time via your profile settings.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies or attempt to misuse the platform's API and payment gateways.

5. Modifications to Service

Futurst Publications Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are constantly updating our executive library and diagnostic tools to reflect the latest AI and leadership trends, and content availability may change.
